We also stock stone-ground flours, preservative and chemical-free foods. Our foods cater for food intolerance, such as gluten, egg, dairy and chemical free. Bio wheat flour is used for all our baking and wraps. This flour is stone-ground and free of preservatives. Fruit and vegetables are bought locally and are seasonal, we only use fresh produce. Our yogurt is from Witterdrift, and full of goodness. Our water is ozone water, used to cook with and for teas and coffees. Our takeaway packaging is compostable and biodegradable.
