• Payment facilitation. We handle the money, securely.
• Acting as a 'watchdog' over the reservations process to enforce fair treatment for both parties.
• Processing of refunds, should these be required.
• Maintaining a helpline for any reservations queries.
• Acting as a single point of contact to 2465 establishments.

Price

Like prices for airline tickets, prices for some accommodation establishments vary, depending on who you are booking via. Establishments on SafariNow.com generally advertise 'rack rates', these are the lowest publicly available rates, the same price as if you made a reservation directly with the establishment.

Every effort is made to ensure accuracy - establishments legally commit to supplying correct information and previous customers' criticisms may be publicly published on SafariNow.com. SafariNow.com uses best efforts to maintain the SafariNow.com reservation service and the technology supporting it, but is not responsible for any consequential damages that may result from any defects that may be found to exist, or which may occur from time to time, in the Safarinow.com service.
