Knysna Seahorse Paradise
I am most fortunate to live on Thesen Islands. This beautiful island, situated in the middle of the Knysna Lagoon, surrounded by water, is a safe haven for it's inhabitants including the unique Knysna Seahorse. Consisting of numerous smaller islands, all inter linked via canals and bridges, this lovely island offers safe and secure living conditions unsurpassed anywhere in South Africa. Garden Route's Adventure Capital
Anyone looking for adventure should come to Mossel Bay. We can keep you busy for a few days. See some of the origins of modern man with a visit to the Pinnacle Point Caves. Also of recent historical interest are the relics of the first Europeans to land in South Africa. The museum has interesting info about the first trade with local inhabitants, the first church service, and the first letter posted in South Africa and more. Mossel Bay has one of the mildest climates in Africa.

World Heritage Site of Matobo National Park
The Matopos really is the most magnificent sight in Africa. With amazing landscapes of the unique rocks and dwalas, the best place to view the Matopos is from the well-appointed Camp Amalinda. Nestled into the granite, this camp is a unique and luxurious get away in one of the world's most spiritual areas.
