Matoppo Inn is a beautifully restored building dating back to the 17th Century and is situated in a sprawling, lush garden estate in the heart of the Karoo.

The Vale is a working Karoo Farm and is one of South Africa’s top Dorper sheep stud farms. Farming activities are diverse and include farming with a substantial numbers of games. Situated in the heart of the Karoo it offers many new holiday and break-a-way opportunities on the farm.

The Karoo Backpackers is situated on the N1 between Johannesburg and Cape Town in Beaufort West, the heart of the Great Karoo. Our accommodation ranges from single rooms to dormitory rooms. All rooms in this wonderfully restored national monument are spacious and clean.
