The Brakdakkie Guest Cottages were built in 1850 and, once the barns of the original farm, the rooms have been restored with great attention to detail and passion for the Karoo, preserving its original splendour.

Bushman Valley is located within the Swartberg Private Nature Reserve - the area south of Prince Albert up to Eerstewater in the Swartberg Pass. Picnic and barbecue areas, camping and caravan sites have been provided in the valley, below towering cliffs.

Our accommodation consists of a beautifully renovated cottage in a charming town with traditional irrigation canals running along the streets. This combination of well-appointed and luxurious living space coupled with the sound of trickling water is a haven in which to unwind.

African Relish - Akkedis Cottage is typical Karoo accommodation surrounded by indigenous veld. The cottage is located in the quietest corner of Prince Albert with two bedrooms sleeping a total of four guests.

Miller’s House is a beautifully restored 1870's Karoo cottage, situated on a farm in the village. Enjoy the freedom of open space, no neighbours, absolute privacy, breathtaking views of the Swartberg mountains and bird life on the dam, yet be only 2 km away from the centre of town.

Oudekloof Guest House is situated on a working export fruit farm. The homestead is surrounded by apricot and plum trees, and it lies just 6 km east of the Karoo town of Prince Albert, with the Swartberg Mountains as the backdrop.

The Olive House is a private retreat for romantics and artists, tucked away at the edge of the village in Prince Albert. The house overlooks a small private vineyard and fruit orchards with the beautiful Swartberg Mountains as a backdrop.
