Great reception by staff. Perfect room which afforded a good nights rest after a couple of hours in the " Trust Bar ".Breakfast was excellent. Will make this my Spot Of Choice in Newcastle.

I had a great stay thank you, the only suggestion i would have is a remote gate just in case the guest comes back very late. But all in all, thank you, great customer service and comfortable stay

Will not recommend to stay over. Bad management and not clean.
