WILDE PAARDE KLOOF is a working fruit farm situated 3.7 km north of Ashton at the foot of the Langeberg Mountain, only 180 km away from Cape Town and 250 km from George.
Four fully self-catering units, under the name Die Ou Huis Accommodation, are surrounded by spectacular mountain views within a peaceful country environment.
OLD FARMHOUSE is a historical farmhouse from the 18th century, which has been lovingly renovated.

Second room: Double bed and 3/4 bed , with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet and extra toilet)

There are an indoor fireplace in the kitchen as well as outside braai facilities
ALOE- dated from 1903 -is an annex to the Owners house, but private with it's own entrance

Loft: Double bed staircase to the loft may be dangerous for small children. Two bathrooms is central in the unit. There is an outdoor fireplace. Ashton is situated on the R62, between Robertson and Swellendam. It is an important wine producing and fruit processing centre and home to five wineries and a large cannery. At Wilde Paarde Kloof you can book activities like hands-on harvest, hands-on beekeeping, a tractor ride or a bush braai with Farmer Redbeard.You may do your own quad biking, hiking, birding, cycling or swimming in the dam.
