Glen Balloch

Glen Balloch is a modern and stylish apartment situated on the ground floor of a secure complex in Dullstroom. The apartment has direct access to an enclosed garden and servicing is available during your stay.

The apartment offers two bedrooms furnished with a queen-size and two single beds with down duvets, feather pillows and soft cotton linen. The rooms share bathroom facilities consisting of a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, and cutlery and crockery are also provided.

The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. The lounge opens onto the patio, which is furnished with a table and benches and is ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco.

Glen Balloch is situated a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Dullstroom, home to one of South Africa’s finest trout fishing rivers. Anglers and fly-fishermen are sure to enjoy their stay. For a bit of history, travellers can visit a stone memorial and a garden of remembrance for the lives lost in the Boer War. Travellers can also visit the Dullstroom Nature Reserve, the Steenkampsberg Nature Reserve, which is a sanctuary for the rare Wattled Crane, or Verloren Vallei Nature Reserve, which is an ideal bird-watching location.
