Lagoon Lodge offers trhee bed and breakfast rooms and three self-catering units, all elegantly furnished and clean. We serve a great three-course breakfast in the dining room or on the balcony overlooking the lagoon. Our guests are often surprised by the shy presence of a Knysna Loerie in the trees just off the balcony.

Each room includes a satellite TV, bar fridge and kettle. Some of the rooms also have balconies from which you have an exquisite view over the tree tops, and braai facilities are available in the garden. All rates include breakfast.

The setting is ideal for golf trips as it is just down the road from a renowned golf course, and special excursions can be arranged for non-golfing partners. Transfers to and from the airport can also be arranged, as well as day trips and tours around the area.

The Lodge is a luxury, child friendly home where children have space to play. It is a self-catering establishment with four en-suite rooms, fully-equipped communal kitchen and a cosy fire place with flat screen TV in the lounge. The Lodge has a barbeque area outside for the guests own use. The Lodge is serviced every day and clean towels and linen are provided. A camping cot is available on request for babies under age 3.

If you do not feel like sharing the lodge facilities with other guests, book one of our fully-equipped cottages or The Whale Coast Manor for your own privacy. We have recently renovated and added these three cottages and The Manor sleeps maximum of 10 people to our establishment.

Wood, firelighters and matches are available for purchase on the premises. We do have free Wi-Fi.

Relax and unwind in breathtaking surroundings, 15km south of Beaufort West and only a stone's throw from the busy N1. The recently opened Teri-Moja Game Lodge lies in a game rich area, virtually on the banks of the fully stocked Stolsriver Dam. Views from the seven private and comfortable self-catering thatched chalets are truly beautiful.

The lodge is managed by Morne and Jacolize, part of the young family who have been leaders in service to tourists in Beaufort West for over 30 years. The fully equipped chalets each have twin or double beds, fold-out double sleeper couches, two single beds in the loft area and en-suite facilities. Sunrise across the plains, sunset over the Nuweveld Mountains and excellent views of the night skies make a stopover more than memorable.

Teri-Moja offers Karoo braai packs, braai wood, salads and much more in our shop, and don't forget about our pre-packed Karoo lamb. Sit down for a Karoo breakfast before taking on the N1. Set in the vast expanse of the South African Great Karoo, this beautiful homestead/lodge dates back to 1850. Built slowly and soundly to the exacting standards and architectural style of the time, the building remains unchanged with characteristic high ceilings, original wooden floors and wide verandahs which offer guests a sweeping panoramic view of the Karoo landscape.

The self same atmosphere can still be felt throughout the old building even though modern comforts like ceiling fans, wall heaters, air-conditioners and en-suite bathrooms have been added to ensure our guests a comfortable stay. All accommodation leads out onto wide verandahs. Comfortable en-suite bedrooms have tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries and hairdryers.

Enjoy pre-dinner drinks around the honesty bar in the lounge, which has a cosy fireplace for the chilly winter nights. Apart from the excellent lodging facilities Lemoenfontein offers real South African home cooking, an honesty bar, TV-lounge with DSTV, swimming pool and braai (barbecue) facilities.Game drives early in the morning and late afternoon are an absolute must where up to 23 various game-species may be viewed, including Giraffe, Eland, Kudu and Zebra. Abundant bird life and walks for the energetic.

Light Lunches are served on request for guests staying over. Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements. Mouthwatering Karoo dinners are served either on the Verandah in the summer or in the dining room, with a cosy log fire, in the winter. The lodge features 12 comfortable guest suites and rooms with either river or forest view, and a private honeymoon suite, overlooking the river, is also available. Some of the suites have fireplaces, and all the suites either have ceiling fans or air-conditioning. Coffee-and-tea making facilities are available and the rate is inclusive of a hearty breakfast.

The 25 hectares of private forest offers walking trails, birdwatching and picnic facilities. Guests can relax next to the dam, or the large pool overlooking the river.

There are various activities in the area including golf, horse riding, kayaking, fishing, diving with seahorses, paragliding, scuba diving, paintball, surfing, hiking, game viewing, tennis and many others. The Airstream Trailer Park idea was originally inspired by a natural rural setting, so when The Daddy Long Legs Group discovered a little piece of heaven on a private farm in the apple-growing Elgin Valley, they went to work immediately. The Old Mac Daddy Park is the nostalgic camping holiday of childhood with added luxurious touches, designer trailer suites, slopes of whispering pines, lakes, endless nature-inspired activity, wholesome farm-grown food and all of this just a 40 minute drive from the Cape Town CBD.

The park consists of ten trailer suites with a separate lounge, viewing deck and en-suite bathroom. Each unit will accommodate two adults in the trailer and the lounge doubles up as a kiddies room. Another two Airstream trailers overlook the bottom dam and will accommodate two adults. Whilst these trailers are a little smaller, they are still en-suite and make the perfect nest for romantic couples or those wanting to contemplate life from a serene perspective. Daddy’s Villa, is a three bedroom forest cabin for larger families and wedding parties.

Old Mac Daddy has a communal area where guests can enjoy healthy, wholesome meals and treats throughout the day. All the ingredients used in the food are locally sourced, organic and free range wherever possible. A child friendly environment, kids will have an indoor-outdoor play area with daily activities and there is a full kids menu for children under eight years to choose meals from. These meals are free. A fenced in swimming pool keeps temperatures down and adventurous, and unsupervised little people out.

A brilliant venue for conferences, meetings, pow-wows, celebrations and weddings, The Old Mac Daddy can be rented entirely for functions or partially for meetings. A boardroom and conference area is located on the property. Wireless broadband is available for those needing to get some work done.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the solar-heated splash pool while they braai. Each cottage has its own braai facility, with wood and all braai equipment supplied. The self-catering complex is secure with safe shaded parking.

We are within walking distance of famous historical monuments as well as local restaurants.
