The lower deck has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and is located mid-ship with a lavish bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom located aft has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms located aft each have twin beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The middle deck has a fully air-conditioned saloon area with a TV and an indoor cocktail bar area leading out to the middle aft deck area. There is a full gourmet galley and scullery. The dining room has an eight-seater table which can be used as a boardroom. The business centre is located in the boardroom and is equipped with a 42-inch LCD monitor for presentations, wireless Internet, a printer, a copier and a scanner.

The top deck is the tan deck located fore, and the aft section includes a 12-seater table, a bar area and a barbecue with spectacular views of Table Mountain.

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of Kylemore Block B and boasts breathtaking views of the V & A Waterfront and the beautiful canals. The bedroom is decorated in hues of white and cream with splashes of aqua blue that induces a bit of vibrance in this peaceful space. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and heated towel rails for added comfort. The apartment has Italian marble tiles throughout and the lounge and kitchen areas are comfortably and tastefully furnished with everything you'll need to kick back, relax and feel absolutely spoilt.

The lounge area is fitted with a state-of-the-art surround sound system that is connected to the big screen TV with full DStv bouquet and a DVD player. Lying west of the industrial Duncan Dock, the V&A Waterfront is Cape Town's original Victorian harbour. Before its construction the Cape of Storms was notorious for wrecking ships during ferocious winter spells. In 1860 a very young Prince Alfred ceremoniously dumped the first load of stone to begin work on the Breakwater and 1869 the twin basin dock was completed.

Renovated period buildings, imitation Victorian malls, piers and a busy harbour coexist with an astonishing collection of pubs, clubs, eateries, museums and outdoor theatres set against the panoramic view of Table Mountain.

The star of the show is the two-level Victoria Wharf, crammed with an array of shops, cinemas, kiosks and stalls. It houses a diverse variety of restaurants, ranging from sushi bars, coffee shops, take-out joints and upmarket venues, the most popular being the outdoor ones where you can enjoy the vistas created by harbour lights and the surreal lit Table Mountain.

The Visitor Centre on Dock Road is the starting point for an outstanding self-guided historical tour interspersed with 32 information boards.
