The rates are very reasonable for the amount of guests. There is one double room and 2 Twin rooms. THERE IS ALSO A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT AVAILABLE. Both apartment has two bathrooms (ons on-suite).

Die Melkbaai 03 is a luxurious apartment situated in Strand, lying at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, between Somerset West and Gordons Bay. It is just a 40-minute drive from Cape Town.

With its spectacular ocean views, St. James Seaforth is set above the coastal road which winds its way through St. James en route to Cape Point. The original house, built in 1877 and destroyed by a fire in 1939, was rebuilt as a double-storey in 1940 and looks down onto a beautiful stretch of beach that is well-known to the surfing community.
