The owner crozley was friendly and welcoming and utensils, stove, fridge etc are available ..however, the shed is communal which my husband and I were aware of, but there were 3male guests staying at the room inside the shed and it made it really uncomfortable for me being a female to use the toilet facilities. What was also upsetting is that the males who stayed over brought over prostitutes late at night and the owners knew nothing about it,the place isn't secure so anyone can enter ..very unsafe when camping or staying at the room in the shed..the males who stayed over messed both males/f...

We had a wonderful stay here in April. The view from our tent was magical and the shed was kitted out with everything we needed for cooking, braaiing, ablutions and washing. It is close to the local shops, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the cozy undercover fire in the evenings and chats with Crosley about activities in the area. The free Wi-Fi was great to be able to plan our Drakensberg adventures. We will be back

The view is magnificient and the people are very friendly. This facility is more for backpackers or campers that don't mind sharing. Also, not much to do at the facility.

A friendly welcome from the owner, a warm place to cook and eat while it rained and we didn't have to unpack the vehicle - everything we needed was provided.
