Great surfing spot
Surfers from around the world visit Llandudno for its awesome surf and sandy beach. A beautiful spot surrounded by mountains that tower over the bay. Luxurious seaside apartments are available that are within walking distance of the beach. If you are one of the brave ones, you can even walk around the corner to the nude beach of Sandy Bay. Close to areas such as Hout Bay, Camps Bay and Clifton.
Cape Town's best kept beach secret
Llandudno is a beautiful suburb built above a beach. It is an eye-popping setting below the Twelve Apostles section of Table Mountain, and it's easy to see why this is one of Cape Town's most sought after and pricy places to live. The beach is a great place to spend a summers day, and very popular for surfing. The beach is frequented by everyone from families to surfers to locals and gets busy over high season. More laid back than Clifton or Camps bay beaches.
