Camps Bay Reviews
One of the most beautiful beaches in the whole Cape
Camps Bay really has got it all. World Famous Mountains. The Twelve Apostles, Lion's Head, Table Mountain and a perfect crescent of white sand set among scattered granite boulders. An azure blue Atlantic ocean where yachts and cruise boats love to drop their anchors and, into which the sun will drop spectacularly every evening. Add to that a street full of fabulous restaurants, trendy bars and spectacular seafood. It's hard to beat even when the wind blows.

Camps Bay - Lovely views
We spent 3 nights in Camps Bay. The views were amazing both of the sea and the mountains. The beach was lovely to walk on, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops on the main street by the seaside. Things to bear in mind though: Staying close to the beach may be noisy. Staying further away you will have to drive to get to the beach. Parking is a problem. Very windy roads, and it takes quite a while to drive into Cape Town or beyond. When the wind blows, you know all about it.
Fabulous Camps Bay
Fabulous beaches and the backdrop of iconic Table Mountain all in one place. Camps Bay is a wonderful base to stay while in Cape Town. Red Bus pick up point is on beachfront. Day trips to the Winelands and Cape Point are easy. Amazing sunsets over the ocean.Restaurants and bars along the beachfront strip are plentiful.
