The lodge is situated on the sea with a spectacular view. The quiet west coast atmosphere is creating a relaxed atmosphere and you can walk for miles on the beach. Luc and Sue are professional, friendly hosts with a good knowledge of the West Coast area. We will definitely stay at the Oystercatcher lodge again.

The restaurant serves an excellent variety of seafood, steaks and continental cuisine.

Spend some quiet hours reading at the pool or in the comfortable lounge with Satellite T.V., cappuccino/espresso machine constantly on-hand.
Partake of a drink from the well stocked bar and wander out onto the terrace to watch the magnificent sunsets.
In the chilly weather gather around the cosy fire and enjoy a glass of sherry and glühwein, or perhaps one of the fine wines from the region.
The lodge is perfectly positioned for watching the Southern Right whales who frolic and calf for most of the year along these shores, often in the company of dusky dolphins.
There is a 9 hole golf course within walking distance of the lodge.
