Facilities

Orchard Cottage is a beautiful vintage self-catering cottage situated in an apricot orchard in McGregor, in the beautiful Breede River Valley of the Western Cape. The cottage can accommodate up to five adult guests and contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.

The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains twin single beds. Both rooms feature pocket-coil mattresses, duck down duvets and percale linen. There is also a futon sleeper couch in the living room for another adult. The first bathroom contains a bath, toilet and basin, and the second bathroom contains a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, mini stove, kettle, toaster, full size fridge-freezer, and a coffee-maker. The lounge features a fireplace and a flat screen TV with premium DStv and a DVD player, and the lush garden features barbecue facilities for relaxed entertaining.

We had a very relaxing time at Orchard Cottage, well appointed with a very cozy feel, and very comfy beds! When we arrived it was neat and clean, we will certainly come back!

We were pleasantly surprised by Orchard Cottage especially as the rates were so affordable! It was cosy and neat, with our every possible need seen to. The surrounding orchard is pretty and well kept. Our only complaint was our slightly noisy neighbours, but other than that we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!
