The unit is an easy 100 m walk from the beach, 100 m walk from the best restaurants in Umdloti and close to the local friendly grocer, bottle store and chemist. Park your car when you arrive and you literally will never have to drive again until you leave to head home.

The unit is well structured with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, all with good sea views. The front veranda runs the full length of the front of the home offering ample space to relax and watch the dolphins after a sunny day on the beach. There is also a built-in braai area as well as a Weber braai for use if required. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a microwave oven. The lounge has a TV, DStv and full surround sound with a DVD player.

If you enjoy shopping, Gateway shopping centre and Umhlanga Rocks is a short 7 km drive away, and for golfers there are at least four top class golf courses within a 20 minute drive. For those who like to try their hand at the slot machines, Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Centre is literally five minutes around the corner.
