We stayed at Moontide for 6 days. It really was amazing. It is so peaceful there. Moontide is right on the lagoon, so you can swim whenever you want. in the warm water and if you prefer the ocean, it's 200m away. The rooms are all nice (we popped into most of them to check them out) and it's so close to Knysna and George.
If you need to take a break from work and just relax, I would strongly recommend Moontide.

It was the perfect venue for us to have a romantic and peaceful getaway and in fact we got engaged while staying here. Moon tide was everything and more that we could have wanted. Angela was lovely and super friendly. We will definitely be back.

Felt like royalty, well taken care of even though our stay was short. The service from Rene and team was absolutely wonderful we had dinner reservation made at an absolutely amazing place (Serendipity). The views from the deck from sunset and as the moon rises certainly affirm the name of this beautiful establishment. I would highly recommend Moontide to any romantic couple & honeymooners looking to have it all.

This beautifully appointed guest house offers unparalleled access to the Wilderness lagoon's ever-changing moods and varied birdlife.
