Heather's B&B and Self-catering

Heather's B&B and Self-catering accommodation is located within walking distance of historical Graaff-Reinet. Arrive as a stranger, depart as a friend and return as a regular. Barry and Heather Vorster welcome you at Heather's.

We offer three comfortable units. Each unit is separate with their own private entrance. All bedding, towels and toiletries are supplied. During the winter months there is an electric under-blanket on all of the beds and a heater in the sitting room. We have two cots available for babies.

All units are non-smoking with an ashtray at the back door of each unit. All units are fully equipped for self-catering purposes and are supplied with tea, coffee, milk, sugar and rusks for morning refreshments. Guests can either enjoy a self-catering or a bed and breakfast option. Breakfast is served in the dining room of the main house. There is plenty of off-street parking, a fenced-in swimming pool, a play area for children and a free-standing braai area for each unit.

Graaff-Reinet, the fourth-oldest town in South Africa, is recognized as the home of magnificent examples of Cape Dutch architecture, and over 220 heritage sites. The past is preserved in four extraordinary museums which hold collections of photographic memorabilia, firearms, artworks and fossils, tracing the story of the Karoo.
