Come and experience the tranquil atmosphere of the Eastern Free State on the Farm Yard with its superb sandstone house. We are centrally situated halfway between Johannesburg and Durban, just 20 km from Harrismith.

The Farm Yard offers a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy including fishing, hiking, horse riding, and game viewing but most of all just relaxing. The comfortable house is spacious and consists of a lounge, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and an enclosed verandah with seven single beds. There is also a lovely barbecue area where sociable evenings may be spent around the fire.

The house is fully equipped with linen, cutlery and crockery for up to 15 guests, however towels are not provided. A cleaner will be on-site to service the house daily and wood is supplied for the fireplace and barbecue area. Free entrance to Sterkfontein Dam is also provided.
