Chelsea Ave is situated in Vredehoek about 5 minutes drive from inner Cape Town center on very quiet and peaceful road. It is a semi detached 3 bedroom house with 2 main bedrooms on suite and a spare bedroom leading onto a private garden. The lounge area has to large comfortable couches with a large TV, Stereo system and a functional open plan kitchen which contains just about all of your catering needs. The dining room has a magnificent view of Signal Hill and a dining room table able to seat 8 people comfortably. The 2 main bedrooms upstairs both have Queen sized beds and share a clean and travetine tiled bathroom with a large bath and separate. Both bedrooms contain built in cupboards and the main bedroom has breath taking view over the City center and of Table mountain.
