Lugenda Wilderness Camp is situated within this magnificent reserve, on the eastern bank of the Lugenda River amongst the Ngalongue Mountains. The mountain holds several sacred sites, and Batwa paintings possibly dating back 4000 years have recently been found in the reserve.

Located on the southern lakeshore near the friendly fishing village of Nkopola. This resort has spectacular views overlooking the lake and is 28 kilometers North of Mangochi district headquarters. Four kilometers away from the hotel is the Makokola airstrip.

Madzi Kuwala is a tastefully refurbished lake shore cottage which is privately situated on Lake Malawi. The house is rented out on a self-catering basis, with staff on the premises to assist you in preparing meals and general housekeeping.

Domwe Island Adventure Camp is basic, yet exclusive. It lies behind a small beach on the island’s west side. The camp is run on a self-catering basis. Accommodation consists of three fully furnished safari tents and two tent sites, complemented by a dining area with bar.

Mango Drift is situated on the west side of Likoma Island, facing Chizimulu Island. We have a long stretch of beach which has our huts and dorm strung out along it, as well as a bar under a huge mango tree and an ablution block at one end with hot showers.

The hotel sits on the edge of Zomba Plateau, which rises to nearly 2200m, 7000 ft, with the highest peaks on the rim forming a saucer shaped bowl. Around this rim are some of the most stunning views in Africa.The hotel is one and a half hour’s drive from Chileka, Blantyre, the nearest international airport.
