The West Coast, heart of South Africa’s Floral Kingdom and the Flamingo Bird Trail, is famous for its unspoilt natural beauty: Game and Nature reserves, rolling hills, wheat farms and wine estates, lagoons and long stretches of beaches can be found and experienced in the immediate proximity of Darling.

Situated on the edge of Darling, Thought Cottage is set amongst the indigenous Renosterveld in the Langeveldt View complex. Perfect for two, comfortable for six and stretching to a gathering of eight, this green-roofed, white walled, self-catering cottage is a wonderful holiday getaway.

Situated in heart of old Darling you will find Maison Amnesia, a three bedroomed, freestanding, self catering cottage in a garden setting. It is an eight Sleeper fully equipped with all self catering facilities.

43 on Main is situated on Main Road when entering Darling from Atlantis or Malmesbury. The house is a great option for those exploring the area and surrounds.

Burgherspost Wine Estate is a wine estate and private game reserve nestled in the Darling Wine Route at the foot of the picturesque Dassenberg Granite Hill. Each of the stylish self-catering, air-conditioned cottages include a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

West Coast Cottages are situated right on the waters edge, wake up to the capes birds gliding over the nearby lake. There are 4 cottages sleeping 6 people in each.

Less than one hour from Cape Town and only a five-minute drive from Darling, you will find Kilindini Cottage. The cottage is surrounded by open farmlands which makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Olive and Lime Cottages are situated on a 10-hectare smallholding within the nature conservation area of Jacobuskraal, just one hour north of Cape Town, 7 km from the beach in Yzerfontein and 15 km from Darling. We offer two self-catering cottages, each sleeping four guests comfortably.
