Pearson Park is a paradise for camping enthusiasts, set in a naturist environment with well-protected sites.

With a fully stocked supermarket, a petrol station and fully licensed restaurant right on the doorstep, Pearson Park is the ideal family resort for those lazy stress-free weekend getaways or your next annual family vacation.

The resort offers 150 spacious, level, grassed and shady stands for caravans and tents, some more shady than others. 48 of the sites also have 15 amp electricity. The ablution blocks are cleaned daily, are well-maintained and all have piping hot water. In addition, there is a scullery and a laundry with fenced-in washing lines for your convenience.

There are plenty of activities for the whole family, including a children's playground with a jungle gym, sand pit and volleyball court, while the games room is equipped with a pool table, darts and table tennis. Entertainment is provided for the kids during peak seasons.

Pearson Park Resort allows for quick and easy access to the majority of activities and attractions in and around Addo and is the perfect gateway to the Garden Route and Sunshine Coast. Ann's Villa is one of the country's oldest coaching inns, built in 1864 in the Eastern Cape. It is a national monument at the foot of the Zuurberg Pass. All self-catering rooms are furnished with bedding and towels, guests only have to bring their own food and drink.

Ann's Villa is an excellent destination for those looking for somewhere historic and interesting, a place to immerse themsleves in 19th century South Africa. The house can be booked as an entire unit or as individual rooms.

Guests can shop in the original 1864 general goods store or explore the history of blacksmithing and wheel-making in the blacksmith museum. Meditate on the past and future in a special room dedicated to fully experiencing the incredible peace and quiet of the place. In the evening guests can play some snooker and games.

Fully researched history is available as are self-guided walks of some of the rich medicinal flora of the region. Ramble through 1000 acres of biodiversity and enjoy the 200 species of birds recorded in the area, plus small mammals and kudu. Guests can also visit the historic graveyard.

We offer bed and breakfast Chalets which are twin-sleeper units with en-suite bathrooms and they are nestled around the dam. The Self-catering Cottage has twin beds and a full en-suite bathroom. The Lenmore Restaurant has an extensive menu with a number of house specialities catering to many tastes. Surrounded by a beautiful and tranquil garden, just off the N2, 35 kilometres East of Port Elizabeth. The Lodge is only 5 kilometre from the new South Entrance of the Addo Elephant National Park (Camp Matyholweni) and is an ideal stop-over for anyone who would like to visit the this park and other Game Parks in the vicinity.

We offer B and B facilities as well as Self-catering in lodge. We have two double rooms and one family room which sleeps eight people. All rooms have their own en suite shower/toilet and bathroom facilities, own entrance, TV, fan, fridge, microwave, heater, coffee/tea facilities and indoor braai and in the thatched lapa/lounge/dining area. All this at affordable prices. Also available is The Sundays River Ferry which is designed to accommodate a maximum of 30 passengers to cruise on the beautiful Sundays River from Cannonville Slipway to the mouth and for up to 18 kilometre upstream. The ferry is fully licensed, insured and surveyed by the south African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) and is skippered by a qualified Captain.

The craft boasts an upper deck with fresh water on tap with flushing toilet facility. There are sufficient seats for all passengers to be seated and it can accommodate access for wheel chairs. The ferry’s owners are committed to conservation of the environment and the ecology of the river and therefore ensure that no waste materials are released into the river. The river offers wonderful scenery from the magnificent coastal sand dunes; prawn and pencil bait mud banks to the prolific bird life and indigenous fauna and flora along its banks. It also on occasion, boasts ancient shell middens of the Strandloper/Khoisan people from a few thousand years ago who used to live in this area and in the dunes. The ferry offers a number of cruise packages for local and overseas tourists as well as educational trips for scholars. We offer cruises from one hour up to 5 hours being: 1. short cruise up and down river for one hour; 2. 2 – 2half hours full cruise up and down river with a stop at the majestic dunes at the river mouth to explore or swim in the safe lagoon; and 3. Private bookings for parties, braai’s, conferences or team building. We are confident that this experience will be the highlight of all the outdoor activities in this area. The Stable Cottages are located only 8 km from the entrance to the Addo Elephant National Park, one of the world’s great conservation success stories, embracing one of the highest concentrations of big game in Africa and thus offering some wonderful game viewing opportunities.

Set in four hectares of expansive lawns are the six Stable Cottages. These very spacious Cape country-style cottages all feature reeded ceilings and private verandas. Two of the cottages are family suites, with a separate interleading bedroom for the children. All the cottages are fully air-conditioned and heated and include stocked minibars and tea and coffee-making facilities.

In front of the cottages is a large 12-metre swimming pool, as well as the wine bar with wonderful wide verandas where guests have their breakfast.

The cottages are great for families; there is lots of space for children to run and play and there is also a fully equipped playroom, including TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, at the wine bar. The cottages are great value for money offering comfort, style and plenty of space.

Rosedale Farm is an eco-friendly Bed and Breakfast 12 km from the Addo Elephant National Park. We are 45 minutes from Port Elizabeth, in the beautiful Sundays River Valley. This is a malaria free area, where you can have exciting encounters with the 'Big 5'.

You will be welcome in our secure and comfortable thatched cottages, surrounded by citrus groves, which we farm naturally - we have used no dangerous chemicals on the farm since 2000. We have 6 rooms, each with en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. The rooms are big enough to squeeze in an extra bed or cot for your children.

We grow and source as much food locally as what we can. Breakfasts are substantial, and include organic home baked bread, orange juice and preserves. If you need a late breakfast after an early morning game drive, that’s fine by us.

We are situated in the heart of Addo, just a couple of minutes from restaurants, pubs, ATM's and a number of fun and educational activities that will make your stay one to remember.

We can also give you a guided tour of the farm, to show you how we farm in harmony with nature.
