I started travelling at the age of one to Vic Falls in a Renault 4L called “The Camel”. I’m addicted to road tripping, especially if it’s off beat and to explore Africa’s wild places. My parents are to blame.

A stint of humpback whale observation at Cape Vidal and white shark behaviour research off Dyer and Bird Islands cast the Ocean’s spell on me. I took to the high seas under square sails on the HMB Endeavour. Still caught in the Sea’s net, I crewed on Inspire 2041, an ex Global Challenge yacht dedicated to promoting sustainability and preserving the last great wilderness on Earth.
