(Guests are invited to read these provisions and note their responsibilities, payment arrangements as well as cancellation terms)
1. Check-in & Check-out
(a) Check- in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless alternate arrangements have been made. The booking will be deemed cancelled if it has not been taken up by 18h00 and the room will be re-let to the first applicant after that time. Please do keep us informed of your arrival time. Similarly, we will gladly check you in if your room is ready before 14h00.
(b) Rooms are to be vacated by 10h00 unless alternate arrangements have been made. A proportional fee will be levied should guests occupy the room between 10h00 and 13h00. After 13h00, a full day’s rate will be charged.
(a) PLEASE NOTE: All room rates are per person sharing, bed & breakfast.
(b) All rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
(c) We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This, however, does not affect bookings already made.
(a) Bookings are only accepted if the person(s) are 18 years of age and older.
(b) Please provide a valid ID document upon check-in
(c) A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
(d) A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking once it is made.
(e) Your booking will be confirmed once payment has cleared.

4. Payment Procedures
(a) We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), cash payments as well as electronic bank transfers (EFT).
(b) We do not accept Foreign Currency and/or cheques as payment for your reservation or any other item at our establishment.
(c) Please do have available your Proof of Payment as well as your booking confirmation.
(d) We regret that we do not accept transfers from overseas banks, unless if the client covers the relevant bank charges so as to ensure that we receive the full amount due to us.

6. Cancellation Policy
Deposits and / or pre-payments will be refunded according to the following guide. We understand that cancellations may be beyond your control and for this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind.
(a) No shows and/or Cancellations made 0 to 2 days prior to arrival or on arrival, will forfeit 100% of the deposit / pre-payment regardless of when the booking was made.
(b) Cancellations 3 to 7 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 75% of deposit / pre-payment
(c) Cancellations 8 to 20 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 50% of deposit / pre-payment.
(d) Cancellations 21 to 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 25% of deposit / pre-payment.
(e) No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations has to be communicated in writing/electronically.
(f) A 10% administration fee will be charged on all refunded amounts due to cancellations. This is to cover all associated bank charges of the transaction.
(g) If a portion of the booking is cancelled after arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled period will be charged.
(h) All payments received by Tsitsikamma Manor will be cleared by the bank within 7 days. Any refunds to clients will only take place after the 7days clearing period.
7. Cancellation by Tsitsikamma Manor
(a) In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your reservation, we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full or we could assist in finding alternative accommodation.
8. Child Policy
(a) All guests with children should please familiarize themselves with the Child policy prior to making a reservation.
(b) Children and additional persons will be charged separate rate.
(c) Children rates are only applicable and subject to availability of designated rooms. Should the designated rooms not be available, full adult accommodation rates will apply.
(d) Where an additional room is occupied by adult children (ie. 12 years and above), normal rates will apply
(e) Children of the age 0 – 4 years has no charge for accommodation and/or breakfast
9. We regret no pets are allowed.
10. Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damage whilst on the premises. But confession is good for the soul and we invariably soften if a guest explains the circumstances.
