We have planned to stay only for 3 nights but on our way back home decided to stay another 2 days!Marelese organised a 4x4 trip through the Sperrgebiet and a guided 3 hour rowing on the Orange River!The chalet was well equipped and we enjoyed the absolute quietness on the farm.

This was a cottage with EVERYTHING. For once we had more than enough plugs for chargers. It is absolutely fully-equipped with all the mod-cons. The hosts were friendly ad helpful. There are MTB trails throughout the farm and quiet country roads to walk in any direction. The owners have kept the magnificent indigenous plants right up to the lawn of the cottage and you will see special desert succulents like hoodia, euphorbi, varieties of mesems, crassula and enormous quiver trees for miles around.
