We booked 3 self-catering units. Upon arrival we were notified that the resort decided to change this to hotel rooms without any notification. They then blamed this on Safarinow. Total lack of ownership.

We had an awesome time at your hotel !!! Our room was of top quality. We loved it BIIIIG time. I have just two minor suggestions. 1) I would have loved to see a few drinks and cold water in the beautiful little fridge and a switch to switch off the light of the fridge. 2) On Thursday evening I did not find the waitresses matching the service that a 4 star rated Hotel should provide. On Friday evening it was on par with a 4 star rating. BUT have to mention that the service in the restaurant, bar and reception were ALWAYS friendly. We will be back and this time in summer time.
