All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges apply, as follows -
60 - 31 days prior to check-in, forfeit 50% of your deposit.
30 days or less prior to check-in, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
No Show or early departure - Forfeit 100% of the full payment
An admin fee of R400 will be levied on all cancellations that fall within the 100% refund period
Payment Policy -
Credit card details: An immediate 50% deposit will be processed. Payment in full will be processed 30 days prior to arrival.
100% deposit for a 1-night stay, to confirm the booking
50% deposit for 2 nights and more, to confirm the booking
If arrival is only 30 days away, then take the full amount as the deposit
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
