The River Chalet was magnificent. Luxury accomodation with classy African chic deco & design. The lodge scenery is beautiful & breathtakingly tranquil. Definately plan to return. Staff were efficient & courteous.

The luscious green lawns as you enter this resort. Coming from a drought stricken province this was a feast for the eyes.Another surprise the chalet. Spacious, comfortable, clean and all that a person can wish for, for a comfortable stay. We wished we could have stayed longer as the tranquility of this place is unreal. Even though there was a matric dance it didn't bother us. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will surely be back in the very near future. Stayed in Mfubu Chalet.

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was friendly and very helpfull. The breakfast was really scrumptious and stylishly prepared. The resort is beautiful, with huge trees and an abundance of birdlife. We enjoyed our stay.
