Our hut unexpectedly had an aircon unlike some of the other camps, it also had its own basin, fridge and basic kitchen crockery and cutlery. Would have been great though if the fridge was on when we arrived.

Lower Sabie is a special place in the Kruger. We love going there. Our accommodation was very basic. We had a room with two beds, a fridge and a basin. The ablution block and kitchen was separate. There appears to be a big renovation project underway and I am sure that that will make a big difference.

The restaurant was well equipped. The Baboon poo that was lying all over and smelled was not nice. The caravan park is not being maintained and kept up to standard, the stand are dirty and overgrown. The road to and from the gate is overgrown and one cannot see properly around a corner and it is easy to bump an animal.
