Guests have the option of two units in this beautiful neck of the woods, the Eagles’ Call Cottage and Chalet are shaded by trees and surrounded by an indigenous garden fed by crystal-clear water. The Cottage and The Chalet are cottage-style units with self-catering facilities and great braai areas. We absolutely loved our stay! Gail and Koos was the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. The cottage is very well equiped with everything one might need. It is a very special place and we will be back!

We loved staying in this beautiful little cabin in the woods. The place was peaceful and Thandi the border collie was a welcome visitor for our three-year-old who could have thrown pine cones for her all day. The deck, from which to watch the birds and enjoy the wind in the trees, was a wonderful spot. The location is also perfect - a short drive to either Wildnerness or Sedgefield. We had a lovely time and would love to return. Wilderness national park, with its bird hide overlooking the lake, is right next door - a real bonus! We watched a pied kingfisher catch a fish :)

Pleasant view. The cottage needs a fridge.
