Situated in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, 444 on Taaibos is a lovely holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms, a comfortable open plan lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms have corner baths and outdoor showers while the other has large walk-in showers. There's a lovely outdoor swimming pool and all rooms have air conditioning.
The pool deck opens to a natural, indigenous garden with free-roaming wildlife, there is also a barbecue, free Wi-Fi and free private parking.
The estate has a game drive area with 3 dams, 2 of which have bird hides. There are operators who will take you on a short game drive or you can do them in your own vehicle
There is a mobile service that can be booked in advance and the therapists will come through to the property to give treatments in the comfort of your own room
Our house has a raised deck so you can safely observe warthogs, duiker, giraffe, impala, zebra, kudu, mongoose etc. During the day you can do your own short safari around the game drive area which is perfect with young children
We adhere to the COVID safety & cleaning protocols as specified by the TBCSA (Tourism Business Council of SA)
We are situated just under an hour away from the Orpen Gate into the Kruger Park. The area around Satara is one of the best for large herds of general game so naturally attracts big cats.
We have our own registered open safari vehicles and specialist Kruger Park guides. Our guides are truly passionate about their chosen profession and love to share their knowledge of the Kruger & its’ inhabitants with their guests.

Important Information
There is a R1500 refundable, damage/breakage deposit payable prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 7 working days of departure, once the house has been checked. Please contact us to get payment options. E-mail [email protected] with proof of your bank details for the refund. Excess mess will be charged for and deducted from the deposit. Excess electricity use will also be deducted
Check-in time is from 14:00-16:00 and thereafter a R300 surcharge will apply. No check-in’s after 21:00 are permitted
Quiet time in the estate is from 21:00-08:00
No music allowed, no excessively loud noise and no parties. The estate is a place to enjoy peace & tranquility, to relax & unwind, to get away from the noise & stress of the city
