Machadodorp, in the heart of Mpumalanga.
My short 5 day stay at Machadodorp was a big eye opener. The town is really small and only have a few businesses, but what it lacks in modern shopping facilities it truly makes up in friendliness and enthusiasm. Theb people in this jewel will go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay, everybody loves to chat and share their stories and even fishing spots. It is perfectly situated for an overnight stay on your way to Mozambique with nice restaurants. Absolutely worth a try on your next trip past Machadodorp.
