Directions to Ebony Beach Villa

Vilanculos is accessible by road or air. For those who prefer to drive, directions will be provided. It is suggested that an overnight stay is booked at a recommended location, midway through your travel. On arrival in Vilanculos you will be met and escorted to the villa. If you're the type that does not enjoy long distance drives, flights can be booked on a daily basis from South Africa's OR Tambo International Airport to Vilanculos Airport, where you will be collected and transferred to the villa.

Directions by road from South Africa: Travel to Maputo 120 km and look out for the Xia Xia sign. Follow on the Enfiled highway to Xia Xia 250 km, then to Maxixie approximately 250 km. Massinga and Pambara is approximately 300 km. Turn right at Pambara to Vilanculos approximately 19 km. Look out for the Ebony Beach sign and turn right onto the dirt road. 4x4 vehicles only. You will come to a school on your right-hand side; follow the road to the left down the hill to the junction approximately 50 m. Turn left and drive straight to the gate. Should you not have a 4x4 vehicle please make prior arrangements to be met in town so that we can either assist you or organise a transfer to the lodge. Your vehicle will be left at a secure parking venue.
