We were told about this fabulous little restaurant on the West Coast called Biera Mar, so off we went for lunch. The setting is great and we were so looking forward to spending the afternoon, what a dissapointment when the food arrived. Hake and calamari turned out to be rubber bands and soggy frozen fish.....one would think with this amazing view of the ogcean there would at least be fresh fish to be served! So we thought it was worth mentiomning......well the attitude that came after the frozen fish left an even more bitter taste in the mouth. We were told that there
was no fresh fish o be found......ummmm, bit odd on the West Coast, we were then told that there was no need to mention that fish was frozen, they are extremely expensive and you would do better buying yours self some frozen fish from pick and pay and popping it in the oven, hey and with that kind of attitude.....someone who really didn't care if we came back......who needs to visit Biera Mar.......my best suggestion when visiting the West Coast is.......GIVE IT A MISS!
