The venue is clean and the gardens are beautiful. There were not enough towels in the room and theTV remote was not working. Max came to assist. The breakfast was satisfactor; more staff were needed to assist.

I think we can just update the fact that no meals are given. Self catering besides breakfast. The Spa made my year, they made it supper special for my mom. The Staff accommodated all requests that we needed to feel at home.

Safari, please get this booking sorted. Its postponed due to Covid and I have requested communication several times from the Venue. But no responses as they dont have staff working during COVID.

We loved the hospitality and friendliness of the reception staff. The breakfast left us a disappointed though seeing that its a 4 star lodge and we were informed about what will be served and we didn't have a choice. We were informed by the manager Pierre that we're actually on a "free weekend" because of the prices being wrong on the Safarinow website and that we should've actually had to pay double than what we did. This didn't make us feel that welcome anymore, as that matter could've been left unsaid, and it handled between the lodge and Safarinow. We paid what was advertised on the Safarinow website, and it felt as if it just had to be made known that we are "lucky to be there". The breakfast is what affected out "value for money" rating negatively.

Our room went way beyond our expectations and the gardens and surrounds were beautifully maintained providing a peaceful and tranquil setting. However the euphoric high over our stay came crashing down at breakfast the next morning. Our breakfast was nothing short of atrocious. The dining room was not ready at the allotted time, the staff were unprofessional and the food cold and congealed. Clearly something has changed subsequent to February 2017 as all reviews prior to that rated breakfast very highly.

It was an unusually hot weekend and rooms without aircon were too hot, but with the staff bringing in fans, we survived. Very good value for money.

We loved the room, gardens and just the whole look of the lodge Just the 2 bedside lights didn't work, that's all Otherwise everything 100%

Destiny Lodge Cullinan was a real gem, we found an oasis which was unexpected. Management and staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms were great, fresh and comfortable. The lodge has the most exquisite gardens. A must for all if you are in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at Destiny Lodge, the rooms were lovely with little touches like cold bottled water and fruit. The breakfast we got each morning was absolutely delicious and the owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay special.

Would definitely stay again room was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

A splendid lodge. The room was clean and the furniture and decor up to standard. The breakfast was delicious and served very stylish in a lovely dining room.The personnel were very kind and helpful. When we slept there it was  quiet and peaceful.  

The lodge was lovely, clean and quiet. The rooms are small, but quaint and more than enough for a weekend away. Staff were all very friendly and we even got special treatment for breakfast when we overslept. The venue is beautiful and the garden is refreshing. The book-in process was a little unusual as I was given a room key and told that is all. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Thank you.

The service and accommodation is of a high standard. The Lodge even provided us with umbrellas as it was raining heavily. Thank you and we will return.

I booked my son, his wife and two-year old into Destiny because of it's close proximity to us in Cullinan. Helene was most helpful. When we asked for a baby cot, she arranged for my family to be in a family suite which was most comfortable. We will certainly use Destiny Lodge in the future. Thank you, Helene for your gracious hospitality.

It is nice and relaxing and it is in the centre of all things that a person needs to enjoy, away from city life.
