Loved the location as it's cool. The road needs improvement. The car could not reverse easily on the drive way near room 1 as its grass and the ground was wet, may be paving would be better. Staff friendly. May be also a little shop to sell snacks and cool drinks and some necessities as it far from the CBD.

This was our first time at this facility and unfortunately, I truly feel that we over-paid for this accommodation. Firstly, we were not informed when we booked that there is no wifi in the rooms - you had to go to the restaurant. There was black mold in the shower, the ceiling lights had not been cleaned for a very long time, the toilet was not in a good state (covering on the lid was damaged and the wood was swelling). The only upside were the staff - who were very friendly and helpful. We were travelling on a motorcycle but were never told that there is a 3km dirt road - we had to ask. We will unfortunately not use them again.

The tranquility of Tsanana is absolutely priceless, it is the place to go to recharge your system.

We stayed in one of the luxury suites which catered for everything we needed to enjoy our 3 night stay, especially the spa bath and built in braai on the patio. We most enjoyed the beautiful location and mountain scenery. The place is very quiet and the staff polite and helpful.

The place is so quite and peaceful but if you can add some fresh new paint on the jacuzzi to bring extra light on pictures we take,and close the holes in it, air freshener,shower cap,soap are needed in a toilet, and try to explain what to do on arrival and check ,put rules

A piece of heaven. Truly beautiful and peaceful.Everything neat and clean and very tasteful. I will definitely go back.

We stayed in log cabin no 1. The cabin was cosy, neat and clean. The kids enjoyed the big green lawn and clear blue swimmingpool. The jacuzzi was great, what a romantic touch!! The staff was friendly and helpful.  Thanks for a wonderful weekend, you will definitely see us again.

we had such a warm welcome from Jacques, he really went an extra mile to make us comfortable. We will definitely come visit again in the near future

We really had a good time. The Jacuzzi being a big wow factor. We didn't know that towels were not supplied - but the friendly staff made a plan. Would have been nice if our chalet could have been cleaned at least once.... (we stayed 3 nights). Very basic accommodation, but everything you need. The kids had a blast!!

What a place! super friendly staff, interesting business (silkfarm), very nice accommodation. Very special to relax in the jacuzzi amidst the sounds of the rainforest, to wake up to the birds singing and flying on the terrace. Don't forget the tea-terrace with lovely home-made breakfast, snacks and tea!

Thank you for the wonderful time we had there. Will recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great midweek break, will most definitely be spending more time at the farm in the near future, beautiful scenery, just a great place to be to regenerate.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Tsanana Log Cabins. The views from our cabin were breathtaking and the jacuzzi was a big plus. The silk tour was quite interesting and the farm is very beautiful.The staff were very accommodating.We were quite sad to leave and hope to visit again soon.

We had our reservation upgraded upon arrival which I think was exceptional of the owners. The room was elegantly decorated and everything was way above standard. It was a brilliant location for our Panorama Route trip. Great facilities and friendly service all round.

We received an unexpected upgrade from the log cabins to the luxury apartments, which were spacious and well furnished. The views from the cabins were more open. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The farm itself is incredibly pretty. A lot of thought has gone into how to make this working silk farm an interesting place for guests, with plenty of things to do including a 3 km trail and a guided tour of the farm which we'd recommend as a way of understanding the farm. Being at the bottom of Kowyn's Pass it is well situated for touring the highland areas but Tsanana itself has a more lowland climate.

Lovely, rustic accommodation with great views of the escarpment, and excellent and friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

This place is very nice and cosy, a perfect holiday outing for a family and thorough enjoyment for the kids also. The staff are very good and co-operative. Thanks Tsanana Log Cabins, for making my Christmas very special.
