It was an awesome home-away-from-home. The hostess, Ann, was the most accommodating person I have ever met; because of her, I will definitely go back and recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation.

What a lovely little cottage. What a lovely host! We were pleasantly surprised with our weekend away, already planning the next one. Thank you, Ann, for your hospitality and kindness! Your dogs Hugo and Pete were also a treat.

The hostess, Ann, is a wonderful lady that goes out of her way to make sure you have a lovely time at a very reasonable price. The units are clean, very neat and well maintained. Our dog had a blast of a time in the large but secure garden.


Ann's House
If it's value you are looking for, why not stay at Ann's House in beautiful Plettenberg Bay. Prices compare with backpacker establishments, but without the noise and hustle and bustle. Ann has three charming, fully-equipped, self-catering units in her well maintained garden.

Sun Cottage is detached from the main house and features a main bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The lounge offers a trundle bed, thus sleeping five people in total.

Sand Pebbles is a studio apartment attached to the main house with private entrance, balcony overlooking the bay, and a lock-up garage. Other features include two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath.

Sky Scraper is a bachelor-style unit sleeping two people, with a fully-equipped kitchen and full bathroom. It has a separate entrance and comfortable seating area outside for a summer barbecue.

Ann's House is within walking distance from an Olympic-size swimming pool and gym, and is a ten-minute walk from Robberg and Central beaches, Beacon Island Hotel, shops, and restaurants.

I have a scooter garage. This small lockup room can store bicycles or a motorbike or large bulky items and luggage. I would not charge for the use of it while people are staying with me, but if they wish to leave items when travelling elsewhere, I would charge them a minimal fee.
