Beautifully appointed and tastefully furnished very spacious penthouse. The location can hardly be better right at the granny's pool. The views from the huge balcony are magnificent. All in all a perfect place to stay. Very good value for money, as you have 4 large two-person bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus lots and lots of space. The only draw-back is the wind that you hear blowing through the front door at all times when the weather is a bit choppy.

Awesome stay!! Really enjoyed it. So convenient with all the appliances for washing and drying. Right on the beach. See you next year!

A very nice place! Very nice spot. The air conditioner was not working well. And the DVD player is not working at all.

All I can say is WOW! This penthouse has the most stunning view ever. Our stay at the penthouse was so amazing and couldn't get any better than that. The highlight of our stay was, it doesn't matter in what room we were in we could see the ocean at all times and with the jacuzzi on the patio. Just made the stay even better, to sit in the jacuzzi and see dolphins and whales everyday. Was so amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful, relaxing holiday and making our holiday even more special. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this penthouse for an amazing holiday.

Great location right on the beach. General decor and layout of the flat was good too... pity about the state of the flat and the building - the finishes in the apartment are shabby, there are no curtains (only blinds which mean that you cannot sleep late) the apartment was absolutely filthy when we arrived, the lift doesn't work (I got stuck in the lift for an hour) and some of the appliances (bedside lamps, braai and dvd machine) weren't in working order. Good service from management company who endevoured to fix as much as they could during our stay. I wouldn't say that the experience was worth the price tag.

A very nice stay apart from the air-conditioner that was not working. Fortunately it was the top floor so we could leave windows and doors open. Attention should be given to finishes, maintenance, given the amount that is paid per day it should be perfect!

The excellent position of the penthouse with the amazing sea and beach views, as well as the easy excess to the penthouse, made it perfectly suitable for the purpose of our visit to Ballito. The several mechanical and electrical concerns that we noticed did not spoil our short stay.

I enjoyed our stay at Ballito Sands Penthouse. The view is really awesome; whether one is on the balcony or inside, you have beautiful view of the beach and ocean. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay. The Jacuzzi gave problems from the first evening so we weren't able to use it. The blinds throughout the bedroom are inappropriate. One wakes up early with light flooding in - so forget about sleeping late. There is also some maintenance that needs to be done throughout. The big plus is that Snow Cogan is very helpful if problems arise. I would definitely return again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and location.

Fantastic location, great views, especially if you like dolphin watching. Lovely large balcony, would give 5 stars if internal décor is fixed. Any problems were swiftly sorted by owner, would definitely recommend.

The stay was enjoyable and the unit is centrally located in Ballito. The view is excellent and the beach is easily accessible.

Very nice stay. Amazing view and so close to the beach. Watched the 40 some dolphins pass every morning and the owner is very accomodating and helpful. Hope to see you again soon. We didn't want to come home. Loved the jacuzzi and the now I struggle to get used to my own bed, couch and view here in JHB. Had a lovely time. Would recommend it to anyone that wants a relaxing, beautiful and private holiday.
