It was great that four men on motorcycles could have a room each with no sharing.

Loved the peace and tranquil setting in the forest. The log cabin is cosy and is equipped with all your needs. The caretaker, Colin, was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just perfect the way it is...

Thought I’d include constructive criticism ,
The double bed downstairs needs attention, base could be broken. Pillows also need replacing.
The oven gave us a lot of trouble when trying to light it.
The frying pans need replacing.
Otherwise we were happy with our brief stay there

This was a really lovely place - a great weekend retreat for a group of people looking to enjoy the Midlands. Felt a little bit not exactly at home as we were watched very closely, but still enjoyed the stay.
