Room 3 is very cluttered with furniture Toilet seat is loose

The absence of toilet and bathroom doors in the en-suite bedrooms, are totally unacceptable! We booked for 2 nights but were transferred to a neighbour's 2 guest rooms in a private residence for the 2nd night! This accommodation was way below standard but we were still charged the full price!!! The breakfast was skimpy!

Enjoyed the guest house a lot, the guest house is absolutely stunning. Will definitely visit again

Not at all impressed , on arrival found that the guest house doubles as a learning center . Was reprimanded about make up on the towels , the owner had the cleaner talk to us , we decided to buy our own towels just to be told a day later that they managed to get them clean , and that i would not have to pay for them.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. This is a very clean and tidy guest house. All the employees and the manager are very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much for everything. 

The accommodation was really luxurious but the stairs going up to the top floor are a nightmare. They are far too steep and narrow to be able to carry luggage up and down safely. Being the only really cold night of our whole trip it was Murphy's Law that the electric blankets did not work.

Regrettably not worth the expense, shower floods the room every time you use it. Fridge makes such a noise one needs to unplug it if you want to sleep.

The four of us really loved this place, and without a doubt we will book it again if and when we come to Kimberely again. Its a beautiful place, and we realy felt at home. Thank you for your outstanding service, and hospitality.

All looks well at arrival, but what a dissapointed night. The carpets were dirty the pillow cases were dirty, the bath was full of little black stuff that came out of the water. The kettle was not even working, so how are we suppose to use your coffie station? The most important thing in a guest house is the bed, and this did not do it. Your bed is so hard, I could have slept on the floor, would not make a difference. NEVER AGAIN!

We just want to thank everyone at Welgewandel Guest House for a fabulous experience. This is the best we have had in a while. Thank you everyone expecially Clive for the warm welcome.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was well-equipped. The service was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

Old world courtesy and willingness to attend to special needs of guests is the best way to describe the attitude of the management and staff. Will definitely be my first choice when visiting Kimberley!
