I was satisfied with the service given. Thanks to the staff, especially the kitchen team.

I spent only the one night at the City Inn Hotel with a pal. We were both more than impressed with the size of the room and friendly staff. The Hotel is well situated and easy to access from the main road. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room price. We would definitely stay there again.

Die Zimmer sind gross, ein bischen hellhörig. Für eine Nacht,waren wir zufrieden. Ausreichend,gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. The rooms are large. For one night, we were satisfied. Sufficient, good breakfast. Friendly staff.

City Inn is highly recommended - friendly and helpful staff, all facilities were clean and tidy, breakfast was adequate. The safe parking and the fact that most business amenities are within walking distance of the hotel is a big plus. The only downfall was the noise coming from a pub below. City Inn is a true reflection of Swaziland - I most certainly would visit this establishment again.

The receptionist lady was very pleasant and welcoming. Very pleasant people and atmosphere. Thank you.

Although the accommodation was old, it was acceptable. We could not rest properly as the noise across the street of loud music and people talking very loudly until the early hours of the morning made it hardly impossible to sleep. The rooms are far from the parking area.
