My 3 friends and I had a very pleasant stay with Kim and Gordon at Amanzimoti Guesthouse. It was wonderful having them pick us up at the airport after we returned our rental car to take us to their guesthouse. We had a pleasant restful evening and a delicious breakfast --after which they took us back to the airport for our flight to Capetown. Thanks, Kim and Gordon!

A couple of minutes from Durban. I did not feel safe to go to the nearest entertainment areas.Response from establishment :We were delighted to host Thabo. We did explain to all our guests that Amanzimtoti employs private security (CCPO) to watch over our streets in addition to our Metro Police, however, walking anywhere in our country at night does require common sense. I will notify our Metro Police and our community policing forum of Thabo's comments from a Tourism perspective.
Excellent.

We were well received within a second of arriving. The hostess was friendly and accomodating and immediately made us feel at home. The room was very well decorated and the bed was good. When we left at 5.30am the hostess was there to see us off. We were greatly impressed and our expectations were exceeded by far. We will definitely stay at the Amanzimtoti Beach Rest Guesthouse when we are in Durban again

Well done Kim and Gordon, for making my stay in South Africa so comfortable. With the guest house being so close to the beach and amenities, I highly recommend this to anyone on a short break to South Africa.

How lucky we were to find this awesome guest house! Kim and Gordon combine warm hospitality with professional and stunning looking accommodation. We enjoyed our time with Kim and Gordon and would hesitate to recommend them to our most fussy friends. Thanks again for making a difficult trip palatable and even enjoyable!

The setting and decor of the Guest House highlights the creativity of Kim and Gordan, and in our opinion, its rare talent. We really enjoyed ourselves. We felt welcome from the first minute. The service was very professional and exceptional. We will definately recommend the Guest House to our friends and family. Four thumbs up to Kim and Gordon. Nathan & Alice

We had such a great time at Amanzimtoti Beach Rest Guesthouse. Do I have to mention that we booked for 2 nights but we ended staying there for 5 nights? That place is first class with wireless internet (could easily do our banking and online studying), secured parking, scrumptious breakfast, waterfall etc. Kind Regards, Bonga and Nomfundo (Dubai - United Arab Emirates)
Awesome!!!
