Pleasant Stay
Morag - Friday, 25 November 2016
We only stayed for one night. Etienne the gentleman in charge was hospitable. He is also very helpful after serving us with a platter of food, because we decided to stay in and to not get supper somewhere else. The rooms was lovely and there was always nice hot water. We were happy with our stay.
Quaint and comfortable

Its easy to find on the R43 towards Villersdorp and is attractive and comfortable. Built around 1800 and recently refurbished with modern facilities which do not detract from the mature charm of the place. Bed and bedding high quality so a good nights sleep and a tasty filling breakfast in the morning. We had ours on the table next to the pool whilst chatting with Suzi and Renee, who were delightful and who look after the house on behalf of the owners. We had a long way to go on Route 62 so only spent the one night. We could have done with more. Excellent. Thank you ladies
Weekend in Worcester
Gay McCormick, South Africa - Monday, 29 September 2014
Lovely old farmhouse, with great pool area and green lawns. Beautiful old dining room. Loved the staff - two very friendly and helpful ladies, who went out of their way to make our stay great. It was freezing cold, so the electric blankets on the beds were a great treat.
Dennis Tucker, South Africa - Sunday, 28 September 2014
Room ill prepared. Beds not conducive to sleep - like lying in a hammock. No one at reception. Ages to check out. Meals third rate. Amateur approach to their business. Not recommended

Beautiful old homestead, excellently situated, wonderful breakfast, homely atmosphere created by Susan our land lady, well situated and very tastefully furnished. Will definitely recommend it highly!

Aan De Doorns the place to stay
Mr Cooper - Thursday, 10 October 2013
We have had a 3 week holiday and Aan De Doorns was by far the best place we stayed at. There is an atmosphere there that makes you want to come back. The food was good the rooms cosy. The owners interacted with us and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Excellent value-for-money weekend break
John Gilchrist, South Africa - Wednesday, 27 March 2013
Aan de Doorns was the perfect venue for a training weekend for a group of friends and their families. Marita went out of her way to provide us with everything we needed, and was extremely flexible. It really was an extremely good value-for-money weekend.
A Little Too Rustic
Mr Jones - Thursday, 08 November 2012
The main house was very comfortable and the pool was a god send after a long drive down. The breakfast was also very good. The local knowledge of our host also meant we took a slower, more scenic route into Cape Town but it was worth it.

Perfect weekend
Mrs Muir - Sunday, 08 June 2008
Wendy is the perfect hostess, caring unobtrusively for your every whim - her breakfasts are outstanding.

The added touch of electric blanket and the heaters being turned on in your room - so you return home to a roaring fire in the lounge and a cosy bedroom - the muscadel was also very welcome.

We loved the dogs - again, they were friendly but unobtrusive - we wanted to take them home with us.

We will definitely return for another visit!
Aan De Doorns Guest House
Mr Harold - Monday, 31 March 2008
My wife and I stayed one night at this Guest House during our holiday in South Africa.
The property (rustic) is situated on the very outskirts of Worcester in a very quiet position.
The rooms are large - breakfast is very good - the hostess and her mother (87) are absolutely lovely.
We enjoyed ourselves but the isolated location may not be to everyones liking.

This is a wonderfull place to stay thanks to Wendy. The house is old and charming. Rooms are perfect and well decorated. A nice swimming pool where you can have a drink. Here, you feel immediatly at home, and youd like to stay longer.
Write Worcester on your wine itinerary.
