We loved our stay at African Dream. Nola and Lawrence were the best host and hostess they were also extremely accommodating. The accommodation was stunning and the food was fantastic. We had our almost three year old with us and she loved it. We all ate like kings and queens and my fussy toddler even ate all her food. It is all in all one of the best places i have stayed at. We hope to return soon as it is not every day you receive such awesome service and feel at home at the same time. Thanks to Nola & Lawrence for making our long week end one we will not forget.

This is the second time we have stayed at African Dream B & B in Amanzimtoti and would not hesitate to stay again. The location is ideal to any activity you may have in mind for the greater Durban area.

What a we spent in African Dream, Nola & Laurence were wonderful hosts, great service indeed. we really felt at home away from home ;-) To Nola: Thanks for going out of your way to make our stay memorable ( i.e you didnt have to to deliver those beers up to the Jaccuzi but you did anyway :-)) To Laurence: What a handy man, thanks for all your assistance with our car & at times malfunctioning accessories) The difference between any five star establishment we have visited and African dream has to be the hosts with their warmth & exceptional service. Our stay at African Dream B& B was just perfect. Nola, our host accommodated all our needs. She gave us tips of where to go, We had the nicest room with a great view, everywhere was clean. Breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. We booked the jacuzzi the whole length we were there! The location also was very secure. A definite recommended place and will come back if we are in Durban again! Thank you.

Just everything was wonderful and pleasant. Friendly kind people that made our stay one of the best. Nice tranquil evenings with candles outside, a wonderful view, lovely garden, birds, relaxing environment etc. Attention to detail, helpfulness, consideratation, wonderful breakfast, smiles, tidiness and absolutely friendly hospitallity were experienced. I will recommend African Dream to any person I know, whether it is an Executive or a secretary or a farmer or a Doctor. Thanks to Nola and Lawrence for everything and a wonderful stay. The Lodge was the perfect weekend getaway. Nola Hutley must be commended for her wonderful hospitality and friendliness. We were very impressed with the layout of the cabins and the level of privacy as well. Definitely a place to be revisited! Highly recommended!!!!!

The most beautiful place for relaxing. Home away from Home

Although I only stayed at the b&b for less than a day it was a great hassle free stop.

My partner and I recently stayed at the African Dream. We saw another side of South Africa: friendly staff; clean and comfortable rooms and a very refreshing atmosphere. The sea is also only a couple of minutes away!

All i could say is that it felt like home away from home. Very peaceful.
