Dunmore Place is a superbly appointed, modern Clifton apartment which enjoys a super location and an incredible view all the way down the peninsula, taking in the pristine Atlantic and the majestic Twelve Apostles rearing up behind Camps Bay.

Dunmore is a very new apartment residence and benefits from the very latest finishings and fittings. Access to thee property is via the secure basement parking, or by the 24-hour security control point. Once inside the actual apartment, you are immediately struck by the modern clean lines and the impeccable design and layout of the apartment, which maximises the benefits of spaces and views.

The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and there is ample space for either two couples or a family. The unit is ideally situated for easy access to either Camps Bay, the Clifton beaches, or the V&A Waterfront.
