We really enjoyed staying at La Lucia B&B. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. It was a home away from home. The breakfast was great and the room with the sea view superb.

I came down to La Lucia for the Comrades in Durban, and my husband joined me the following day. It really is a wonderful establishment, and we will definitely be back with the kids for a holiday, and very soon as well. The host and hostess were fantastic, the food phenomenal and generally a great stay. Thanks La Lucia!

Enjoyed every minute!

We stayed for three days and had the best time. Out of all the places we visited on our honeymoon La Lucia B & B was by far the superior. The room was spacious, clean, private and had sufficient ammenities. Our comfort was prime to them and we could feel it. Breakfast was good every morning. We absolutetly will be returning and will spread the word. We were given maps and told how to get around. It was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at La Lucia Bed & Breakfast very much. The premises are in excellent order. The facilities are top class, and the reception and treatment we received were excellent.

A very pleasant experience from beginning to end - informal yet professional - I liked the personal touch of the hosts who went out of their way to assist me with business phone calls, e-mails and directions. The location is a beautiful suburb of Durban and is also convenient for any North Coast business. The rooms are comfortable and the wing I stayed in was a good combo of privacy and easy access. I particularly like the bar fridge facility and the complimentary crunchies which were delicious to the detriment of my rigid protein diet. Breakfasts were fresh, tasty and above average. For first time guests I suggest more explicit directions to the B&B from the airport. I will definately recommend La Lucia B&B.

It was an excellent experience and we enjoyed our stay. We were treated wonderfully and the room was very clean. It was an overall great experience. I would definately recommend it to others and stay there again.
