Uitenhage is just 45 km away from the Addo Elephant Park and each year around November, the town has the Uitenhage Street Carnival which consists of a street parade, live entertainment on the big street stage, a street market with over 120 stalls and a play land for children. Guests can also take a short drive to Port Elizabeth to do some more exploring.
