Situated in the lovely seaside village of Saldanha, Saldanha Bay View offers guests three self-catering units with amazing sea views.

Units 2 and 3 are perfect for two people but can sleep an extra two guests each, while Unit 2 can accommodate a total of six guests and has an indoor braai and a pool table. Guests need to walk down one level of stairs to get to this unit. Units 2 and 3 have one bedroom furnished with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath or shower. The lounges are furnished with comfortable sleeper couches and are equipped with TVs with DStv. Unit 1 has two bedrooms and guests need to walk down two levels of stairs to get to this unit.. The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering and have fridge-freezers, two-plate stoves, microwaves and kettles. Unit 1 and 2 also has a private deck and ample space for children to play while the parents enjoy the sea views. Bedding is available on request and extra guests can be accommodated at an additional cost.

When staying in one of these comfortable units, guests can view dassies, mongooses, guinea fowls, pheasants and occasionally steenbuck wandering around.

There is a green lawn area with a picnic bench overlooking the fynbos, the town and the bay. This is lovely for bird watchers.

Saldanha Bay is a safe haven where guests can enjoy a variety of water sports. Guests can go hiking or mountain biking, visit the West Coast Fossil Park and see the world come to life during flower season from August to September. Saldanha has a few beach restaurants and a coffee shop, a Spar, a doctor’s room and a chemist. Club Mykonos, Langebaan and Vredenburg are all within a 15-minute drive.

Saldanha Bay View offers guests a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

What an incredible view! We received a warm welcome from Marlon and very quickly settled in - the unit was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and let the city stresses melt away - it has stunning views to the horizon from left to right and the calming stillness that only a small town can bring. We will most definitely be going back!

This unit has no balcony, but has glass sliding doors providing a view from the lounge.
